I feel physically sick to my stomach and I don’t know what I want vs what I need.

Maybe I just need time for myself and no one else. Maybe I need no one else for an indefinite period of time. Maybe I need to crawl into a small space and not come out until I’ve cried every tear I have left.

But maybe all I need is you to tell me I’m everything you need.
